Account responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account security, lawful usage, and the accuracy of workforce data entered into the platform.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse APIs, or disrupt service availability for other tenants.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew based on the selected billing cycle. Trials remain free through the trial window unless you choose a paid plan.

Service commitments

Support response times, onboarding scope, and service levels are defined in your order form or subscription agreement.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
