We collect account and profile details, workforce records uploaded by customers, support conversations, and service telemetry required to secure and improve the platform.

How we use data

We use data to provide HR workflows, maintain platform security, process billing, and improve product performance. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our marketing website uses three cookie categories:

• Necessary — required for security, basic site operation, and remembering your cookie preference.
• Analytics — optional measurement tools (such as Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics) that help us understand page performance. These load only after you opt in.
• Marketing — optional campaign and attribution tags. Granting marketing consent also allows analytics loaders when configured.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser (peovix_consent_v1) until you clear site data or update preferences. You can change your mind anytime via Cookie settings in the site footer. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect core product functionality.

Sharing and subprocessors

We share data only with approved subprocessors that help us operate the service, such as cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and transactional messaging providers, under contractual safeguards.

Customers control workforce records in their tenant. We support access, correction, export, and deletion requests in line with applicable privacy laws.
